Gary good morning...you must have been up late getting that PR ready...On any other company a press release would mean something, but not on this one....PR's are the same as your posts same author same paranoid thinking.... I think you need some real flesh and blood friends to come over to the house and talk in speech face to face and get away from the keyboard awhile....You have conspiracy connected to each and every name that you can think of....if they don't think exactly like you think they should shuned..... I know you have spent a lot of time and money researching your stocks and truly believe in your own mind that you are doing right....But I think you are the one out of your league here....You are not an attorney, accountant, or financial adviser. I think these guys are using you to get even with each other and get their hands on the funds and then blame some of the dirt on you.... I know you are sitting there thinking you are the smartest and most knowledgable on this subject and do not have to listen to any of us...but it obvious that you are concerned that you need to keep yourself from stepping too close to the line,,this is evident because of your constant posts about how you have supposedly retained a SEC attorney, how you have contacted the SEC, how you have faxed them certain papers, things like that....In todays world it is getting easier to break the law (sometimes unknowingly) than it is to obey the law....Some may say this is not true but the average person can not drive 1 mile down the road without breaking the law, same can be said about going hunting...I bring these points out because the last release even if it is true, it must also be proven...If it is not SUCCESSFULLY proven then I am sure all parties involved are going to need lawyers at one time or another. You probably have done nothing wrong but most people think they drive and hunt legally too. If the two simple things that I have mentioned can't hardly be done legally, how can you hope to be playing in field that 1 out of a 1000 Americans couldn't do legal, without tripping over your keyboard. You may only be posting or putting out in Press Release what you are told but in the end that will not matter to a court of law...Just ask any secretary that has the ability to sign her name to checks on the company she works for....If there is a problem with the finances later she is drug through the mud and held accountable along with the guilty, regardless if she has done anything wrong or not.... You all have had fun taking pock shots at Dusty and me so be it..We did nothing but want to say the following." Please don't stop investigating and keep searching for the truth
