AT&T (NYSE:T) debuts Internet phone call service

BASKING RIDGE, N.J., June 29 (Reuters) - Telecommunications
giant AT&T Corp. said Monday it debuted a new service that
allows users to turn an online conversation into a phone call
and initiate conference calls over the Internet.
The AT&T Interactive Communications service requires a
telephone line separate from the Internet connections and costs
$0.15 cents per minute, per each person called anywhere in the
continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
The AT&T Interactive Communications service is available
via the websites of Excite Inc. (NASDAQ:XCIT), Lycos Inc. (NASDAQ:LCOS)
and AT&T.
