Im a shareholder of PHSX or what is left of it. It was trading at $1.30 when I bought in and two weeks later it was at $.02. This was after the shockholders meeting in Dec. IMO that if this is the same Gordon that was involved with Phonix Information Systems then alot of question need to be answered and soon. I'm long with a lot invested and this is the first information to cause me to have concers. Jacomo
