Don't know about you, but I was never worried about Nomai. They never had the manufacturing capacity to screw up IOM, and the way that IOM seemed to have written its patents, looked very strong.

This $21mm is expected to return how much profit?

Remember, there is ROE measures.

$21mm is a lot to pay, if you say you will be cash flow positive in Q3.

The worst case Nomai scenario, IMO, was Sony buying Nomai, and flooding the market with cheap XHD disks, while releasing the HiFD. But when I thought about it, it didn't make much sense.

So I never worried about Nomai.
