Right on TD, rather than position themselves as THE leader in customer support (which they are), Vantive has mistakenly positioned themselves as comparable to Sebl in SFA, a comparison they are likely to lose on substance as well as style.

TD,

Although I put a great deal of confidence in your prognostications, your numbers don't add up unless VNTV has a major miss. For example, SEBL brings in $60 million and VNTV only reports $30 million. I don't think SEBL would post that much, even if they brought in a ton of seats- they always seem to sandbag a little (with the tacit approval of the investment community; e.g. manugistics Q4 vs. Q1 as a counterexample).
