Well basically it appears the Nova Gaz shareholders have a legala ction against the rights to those patents. Apparently there is no case number or anything else. But the Nova Gaz shareholders got took also. Not to mention other people on the Arcon side. There is a lot of questions we can not answer or privy to . The Nova shareholders are out to get something for their investment .. I cannot find a case number or anything on it yet. However they are after Dan Fisher.. What John has is a different story I believe and not under anything which is what he is doing to make sure it is cleared up. This is a whole new scenario. I do not know if John was a part of Nova Gaz or not. There is nothing show John was a part of Nova Gaz or was not. GB
