A point could be made

that the "Deal" will not bring significant value to the shareholders and that is why CCSI keeps looking for a better offer from 3rd parties. You have to question the fact that CCSI did not directly challenge the potential market in the lastest attacks on the company. If I were the CEO you can bet your ass i would be holding
press conferences left and right to protect my company as well as shareholders interest. Darby has been weak to say the least. And I also heard the only reason they appeared on CNBC was because they were invited. How bad would they have looked if they refused.

If you want to take a gamble and hope for a big return based on historical prices thats what pennies are all about but don't invest what
you can't lose. There are better stocks out there then this.
