In theory.
But even our Supreme Court (and certainly not our legislators) honor the Constitution that was set up to protect individual rights.

And remember it isnt supposed to be a democracy. We arent supposed to be even allowed to vote on whether to take away someone else's property as we do now.It was set up as a Republic. For the express purpose of not letting anyone run over anyone, not majority over minority or the other way around.
