Excuse me? If that was a penalty, how about Branco being pushed? Come on! It's just like the Brazil penalty in the 90th minute, you just can't call these penalties. All I said was three instances that clearly showed how even the Portuguese referee was clearly gutless to do something extra that was obviously required. The two bicycle kicks of Klinsman with man on him (nothing not even a warning) and Matheaus chop with noone left...He could have and should have done more...Case closed. Overall the referee had an average game IMO.

Of course it's the final score that counts! Have I seen better teams that deserve to be in the Final 8? Yes of course!
