DKR: Currently $5 5/8 x $5 3/4 after taking it on the chin with that 10K you mentioned as well as other's adding up to ~20K going across at about that same time. Certainly is an interesting day going on since there was a ~35K block that went by around mid-late morning, and these two following up on the ~33K "start of morning" trade. Hard to say how much is actual buy/sell. So let's see how things develop this afternoon. Very interesting day, indeed.

John~

VLNC = Dell?
Are you saying that Wolanchuck actually compared VLNC to DELL? You're right, he's either a lunatic or genius. Given his stature as being the top market timer several years ago, it would be hard to believe that he's a lunatic. Someone had stated that he visited the facilities in NI and Nevada only to come away more optimistic than ever. If he saw anything to concern him, you'd think he would've toned down the "next Dell Computer" comment.

Now, can VLNC be the next Dell? Let's see, what makes Dell, Dell? Large potential market? Yes, lithium polymer will be large as everything is going portable. Market leader, innovator? Yes, VLNC = lithium polymer just as Winnebago = RVs and Kleenex = tissue paper.
Now, I'm not saying that VLNC will ever be as strong as Dell, just that they, along with hundreds of other companies, have the potential.
Would I like VLNC = Dell? Well, now that's a dumb question! Can you say retirement on a beach in Cancun?

Interesting trading day. I'd say that it's MMs playing around, causing the small fry to panic sell. There's clearly support between $4.75 and $5.50 (this rise above $6 was a minor breakout that would be nice to hold, but not critical if it doesn't), and any pull-back back within the range, short term, shouldn't be much of a worry, especially if we're talking Dell stock numbers in just a couple years!!! What's $.25 when we're talking about mucho bucks? The difference in VLNC will be if it can garner mutual fund, professional investment firm coverage and interest. It won't do that in the single digits, but if it can ever break-out to the double digits, we're going much higher!

Regards, and don't watch the computer screen too long. A pot of water never boils when you're watching it!!!
