Philip, I can't help but be impressed by the quick response to your customers' angst.....I'm looking forward to giving your system a try when it becomes available here. Btw, your Warren Butng is a great guy...please have him give me a call back, when you get licensed for Hawaii.

Thanks,

Dick

Philip:

I have two questions regarding the pricing for using the ISLD ECN.

1) Did you make a typo on the cost per share? Should the cost be $0.015/share, or $0.0015/share?

2) Also, I am confused about how any ISLD order can REMOVE liquidity. Perhaps there is an easy explanation. I thinking is that each and every order adds liquidity. Unless, perhaps, an order reducing liquidity is one which already has a matching order existing on the book, thereby removing an existing order?

Geez, my email is full of private messages. Why is it so quiet in here?

Effective July 1st, the Ticket Charges shall start at $19.95, not $23.95 as previously proposed. This rate will apply to all tickets up to 499 per month and shall decline to $14.95 based on volume.
Awesome.

The $300 per month data service fee shall apply to all traders doing up to 99 tickets per month and shall reduce to $200 per month for those traders doing between 100 - 199 tickets per month. Thereafter, data service fees shall be waived.
Awesome.

The per share ECN fees for orders entered via SelectNet are:
Attain (ATTN)..........................$0.015 per share *
B-Trade (BTRD)......................$0.015 per share **
Instinet (INCA).........................$0.015 per share
Terra Nova (TNTO).................$0.005 per share
Island (ISLD)............................$0.015 per share
Spear Leeds (REDI).................$0.015 per share

$1.50 per 1000 or $15.00 per 1000? i.e. no change vs. big change? Or has this changed?

Island Direct (DATK)
Earlier this month Island announced a change in their fee policy. Where an order adds liquidity, $0.001 is rebated by Island. We are passing the benefit of this on directly to CyBerBroker clients. In the event that the order removes liquidity, the Island fee shall be $0.0025.

This sounds like an additional $2.50 to buy as opposed to the old price of $1.50 per 1000 and -$1.00 to sell into ISLD? Is that right?
Does this mean we should buy on SelectNet/SOES/alternate ECN and sell on ISLD when possible for the lowest possible per trade commission?

CyBerBroker's policy remains that where there is a split fill within five minutes that the transactions are bundled and treated as one ticket, plus the associated third party costs.
I have always thought this was very fair, especially when buying >1000 shares which I would like to get into the habit of doing...no complaints here.

Per share versus per ticket charges:
CyBerBroker has an open mind on this topic and shall revert to its current customers to determine which of the two mechanisms would work best. The outcome has to be one or the other, not both, and either would work for CyBerBroker.

This is something that I have always thought was of great benefit
a) when using the ECN's (especially ISLD) and b) when a trader is trying to obtain a position in a stock but is unwilling to buy 1,000 shares immediately. Essentially, the trader can take a position, see how it rolls, add to the position on a potential winner, average the position on a potential loser and still end up paying a fair commission. From the trader's position, it adds great flexibility. My understanding was that your BackOffice product could handle these transactions automatically (the per share transactions) and hence wouldn't be a big deal. If, on the other hand, it has to be done manually, I could see why this would not be such a fun system to manage...so, if it does not add unnecessary headaches to Cyber-Corp, I would vote for per share transaction costs, but let's face it, it's just icing if you can do it or other traders feel you should do it.

Please note that CyBerBroker is currently in the process of updating the Fee pages. We are passing the benefit of this on directly to CyberBroker clients on the CyBerBroker WEB site to reflect these changes, updates and corrections, and these should be complete and posted on the site by end of play today.
I don't know where everybody is, but I am beginning to sound like a broken record. For the [broken] record, your level of responsiveness is unparalleled. Your desire to listen to your customers and foster a more advanced trading environment is unparalleled. Your fees under this revised system are extremely competitive especially considering the additional value gained through the use of Cybertrader software [which is the best product of it's kind on the market, I might add] and the benefits of a first-rate staff that is constantly working to make our lives easier and our trading more successful. We would be stupid to trade somewhere else...
