This puzzle is getting more difficult to try to put together every minute.
Can anyone help us here? What are the chances that Sequent would
want to buy ANCR now??Would ANCR take the 8.00/share offer?
if certain conditions
are met....

What kind of conditions are usually discussed in deals like this? If AR knows about this deal how come the stock isn't at 7.98 now instead of 2.5?

If Cal N. paid about 7.5 for his 20,000 shares he'd get a 6.67% return on his faith in ANCR.

Anyone else temped to log off for a couple months, do a Rip Van Winkle, and find out then what happens. Would save a lot of worry
and might be just as effective?

I have been holding this stock since April of 96. If memory serves me correctly, it looks like Ken H. will get to be the CEO of record, when Ancor closes below 3. (was it ever this low before 96?) Not to worry though, things will ramp up in the second half. Isn't that what he told us?
