I have been very optimistic about TGSK with the one exception of the number of shares traded (# in the float question). My optimism is based a feeling of trust in management which had a lot to do with the information past down through Scott Sitra. The email response from Scott concerns me. Scott mentioned that he too was surprised upon learning from Mr. Smith that the float was larger and that a private placement had been issued. Maybe an over reaction, but when an unreporting penny stock pulls this stuff it concerns me.

I hope the company will make a public statement and clear this up.
Even with the additional shares the earnings look good - but now its a question trust. I always try to protect my funds and I did sell at a profit. I just don't want any surprises.

Looking forward to statement from Company!

You might go back and review your own post (#1882) here is a portion of Scott Sitra's response to your question regarding the float, just late last week:

"As far as the actual float, it is simple to figure out. There are
just under 7.2 million shares outstanding. Insiders own restricted
shares totalling a little under 5 million. Subtract out the
restricted shares and the float is about 2.2 million, give or take a
little."

I give Scott credit for being upfront and honest by passing on new information as he learns it.

Does it concern any of you that the number of shares outstanding goes from 7.2 million to 8.363 million just like that. That's a +16% increase (or delution) without any explanation by the company? If Great White is flush enough to be paying a $0.10 per share dividend why is it necessary to do a 1.163 million share private placement???

I would like mor information about the private placement - price per share paid - ppurchaser information - were they a relative...?

I am, sincerely, open to your comments!
