Barrick & Placer and others were all busy bidding for the B company in early 97 ,it wasn't until early 97 that a company finally struck a deal with the B-company.With everybody taken a bad hit with B-company major mining companies even took a bath with investing in B-company, they won't even admit how many shares they held in B-company. But a lot of Mining companies invested in B-company and took a chit kicking in trying to get them on even playing field. When 3rd party verification is required through JV ,deal usually JV company picks tab up of 3rd party. What do you think happened to the B-company when deal was struck, JV company doing deal for 3rd party . Gold was trading over $400.00 One of the reasons they did 10 for 1 so no single large mining company could take control of them. How many Mutual Funds had 5000 shares of B-company at $200.00 /share I know because I got one ,didn't know until I got there year end that they even invested in B-company. In GE case its easier for everybody to say no than yes for the time being.LOL Problem here is everybody not doing DD , COMPARE TO B-COMPANY 1-B-company never showing anybody any gold ,samples tainted with dust we know that now. 2-B-company always on the road promoting stock value, gold #s always getting higher by the week. 3-company officials living the life style of a king. 4-company headquarters laced in gold, big fancy building. 5-company promoting stock overseas 6-no mining equipment on site 7-too much news Compare GE 1-sell 350,000 shares for 4x4 2-employees working for shares 3-show gold in bags on pillow 4-mining equipment on site 5-start open pit mining 6-underground mining 7-pan gold 8-trying get better system for recovering gold 9-sign contracts with companies for rental of equipment (paying in shares) they must think there is gold. 10-even ok for two strangers to go visit site. 11-not enough news
