I think you assumption of a fund dumping is wrong.. a 166.300 block went across at 14:06 @ $13 7/8 when the bid was $13 11/16 , with the ask @ $14.......then another 160,000 share block traded at 14:07 @ $14 with the bid and ask the same........ don't think these were dump trades......please note the stock rallied right afterwards......IMHO, these were buys, which also made the stock rally.

It's hard to tell it was a dump when it crossed at the ask.
Stock rallied right after this transaction.
