Jon, the fundamental story has changed in that Asia was and is their great growth opportunity. Most Asian projects are proceding as planned, but there have been stretch-outs and cancellations. I still like Gems and think it is dirt cheap here, but the story is not as clean as it was.

Jon,
I noticed in the 6/29 Barrons list of insider sales that 4 insiders at GEMS have sold 134,000 shares over the past 6 months, a 42% reduction in their holdings; might be worth a futher wait.
