<<Tava management is engaged in fraudulent activity.>>

You keep saying this and I keep asking you to point out specifically where I claimed this. The reason you can't is because you're lying.

I find it interesting though that for a man who claims to be an investor in TAVA, you keep mentioning "TAVA" and "fraud" in the same breath.

Ken, admit you are wrong ... Bill never wrote that "TAVA management is engaged in fraud". BTW, nice performance by Jenkins today <G>.

It is TAVA time!
Regards, Bill

Ken...

I have been sitting here on the sidelines watching the arrows going on between you, Bill and Barb. One of your claims has been that some people blindly follow Bill.

In this case, I have followed you. It clearly has been my experience that when people come out and shoot the shorters and keep at it without really giving reasons why they feel the company is a good long, I start doing my own DD. It has worked out well with companies like SITL, VVUS, DDIM, ALCY, ZONA, CCSI, etc. Yup, I've messed up as well on some with YHOO as my worst loss. I covered and walked away. Nonetheless I am well ahead for the year.

Bill prepared a long list of reasons why TAVA faces serious problems. I would love to see your list as to why this is a good long. As you kept on Bill/Barb's case, I "followed" your lead and shorted TAVA.

Now I don't know how this will come out. I shorted just a bit to early at 9 3/4 so you have the first laugh, I am underwater. I have patience.

Barb, Bill and Calculated Risk have proven over time that they are right far more than they are wrong. Not sure about you but time will tell.

Regards

Bob T.
