Jeff, TAVA. Actually the response should not include a "negative" and should always stay on subject.

To the question about day traders, Jenkins should respond like: "Management is focused on the performance of the Company. We are focused on an important niche of Y2K; embedded systems on the factory floor. This is a natural extension of our core business and, in fact, our expertise in factory automation has been a key factor in signing clients like Coke, etc. ..." STAY ON MESSAGE. Positive. Smile. Embedded systems, great clients, extension of core business. SIMPLE!
(Watch Clinton ... he is a master).

The after Y2K answer flows naturally from the previous answer.

Hope all is well with you and your family.
Regards, Bill

Amen. That's how the pros do it, although CR does offer a decent suggested dialogue in his answer to your post.

New clients? Nah. I would rather get out of Washington. When I was asked to come back here, I was only planning on staying 5 years. That was '85! Oh well. ggg.
