MUCP---CLOSING QUOTE, MARKET MAKERS, TRADING LOG, & NEWS RELEASE! 6/29/98 John, >From past experience I have to say that the last 15K trade might very well have been a sell. If you notice that immediately afterward the MM's dropped the bid. Just my opinion but if that was a buy by some lucky person in-between I believe that the bid would have (at the very least) held if not raised slightly. BTW, in reading the news story I think it is very positive for all MUCP shareholders. Best of luck to all of you. You know that I am here to help. If there is anything I can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask. *MUCP+ .906 +.187 .843 b 1.000 a 25x25 170500 13:55 1.000 h .656 tol 6/29/98 5:42 PM TD20:266 Bulletin Board Database bb: prev: MUCP OTC Bulletin Board MUCP Domestic Best Bid/Ask... 0.844 1.000 0 x 0 Bid Ask Bid x Ask Date Time Telephone# Indicators ________ ________ ___________ ________ ________ __________ __________ PGON 0.844 1.344 25 x 5 06/29/98 15:03:51 O F GVRC 0.844 1.250 25 x 5 06/29/98 14:49:41 O F CBAY 0.750 1.063 25 x 5 06/29/98 14:12:48 O F NAWE 0.750 1.125 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:52:18 O F MASH 0.750 1.063 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:49:16 O F WIEN 0.813 1.063 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:04:20 8887839800 O F SHWD 0.781 1.031 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:02:50 O F FRAN 0.813 1.063 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:01:47 O F SOBE 0.625 1.000 25 x 25 06/29/98 13:01:17 O F TSCO 0.781 1.031 25 x 5 06/29/98 13:01:10 O F HILL 0.469 1.063 50 x 5 06/29/98 12:48:58 O F MHMY 0.750 1.031 25 x 5 06/29/98 12:47:02 O F NITE 0.594 1.094 25 x 5 06/29/98 12:45:15 O F WMIN 0.469 1.094 50 x 5 06/29/98 12:43:55 2124802545 O F HRZG 0.750 1.125 25 x 5 06/29/98 12:33:58 O F SHRP 0.500 1.125 50 x 5 06/26/98 13:45:49 O F FAHN 0.625 1.063 25 x 5 06/24/98 15:08:06 O F BACH 0.625 2.000 25 x 5 06/11/98 11:01:10 O F NAIB 0.250 3.500 50 x 5 05/09/98 11:56:11 O F DAKN 1.000 1.375 25 x 5 04/10/98 10:56:46 O F QUIN 0 x 0 04/10/98 10:56:46 O F tol 6/29/98 5:43 PM TD20:266 Today's Log Database tl: prev: MUCP MUCP - Transaction Log 5:23:31 8 A 1.000 12:55:56 8 0.937 - 1.031 25x5 5:23:31 8 B 0.844 12:55:41 8 12500 1.000 5:23:31 8 T 0.906 12:55:28 8 0.937 - 1.000 25x25 5:23:31 8 L 0.656 12:55:05 8 1000 0.969 5:23:31 8 H 1.000 12:51:29 8 5000 0.969 5:23:31 8 V 170500 12:50:28 8 2500 1.000 2:49:42 8 0.843 - 1.000 25x25 12:50:16 8 5000 0.969 2:01:06 8 0.812 - 1.000 25x25 12:49:21 8 0.968 - 1.000 25x25 1:55:48 8 15000 0.906 12:48:40 8 0.968 - 1.031 25x5 1:52:27 8 2500 0.875 12:48:09 8 5000 0.938 1:52:19 8 0.843 - 1.000 25x25 12:47:31 8 2500 0.969 1:51:12 8 1000 0.875 12:47:22 8 0.937 - 1.031 25x5 1:49:42 8 2500 0.875 12:47:01 8 2500 0.969 1:43:53 8 1000 0.875 12:46:55 8 4000 0.969 1:38:58 8 4000 0.875 12:46:23 8 2500 0.969 1:21:34 8 300 1.000 12:46:03 8 2500 0.938 1:19:02 8 500 1.000 12:45:07 8 6500 0.938 1:01:40 8 2500 0.938 12:45:02 8 5000 0.938 1:01:18 8 0.875 - 1.000 25x25 12:43:50 8 1300 0.938 1:01:06 8 0.875 - 1.031 25x5 12:43:49 8 2500 0.938 12:58:37 8 2000 1.000 12:43:38 8 0.937 - 0.968 25x25 12:43:23 8 0.906 - 0.968 25x25 12:12:04 8 2500 0.813 12:42:58 8 2500 0.938 12:12:02 8 2500 0.813 12:41:44 8 2500 0.906 12:11:43 8 0.687 - 0.843 25x25 12:41:28 8 2500 0.875 12:11:05 8 2500 0.781 12:41:01 8 2500 0.906 12:10:50 8 0.687 - 0.812 25x25 12:40:59 8 0.906 - 0.937 25x25 12:10:00 8 5000 0.688 12:38:30 8 3500 0.875 12:09:57 8 1000 0.688 12:38:16 8 0.875 - 0.906 25x25 12:09:34 8 0.687 - 0.781 25x25 12:34:18 8 2500 0.875 12:09:29 8 5000 0.688 12:33:57 8 0.843 - 0.906 25x25 12:09:26 8 0.656 - 0.781 25x25 12:33:24 8 5500 0.844 12:02:49 8 2500 0.656 12:33:12 8 0.843 - 0.875 25x25 11:57:01 8 2500 0.656 12:28:52 8 5000 0.875 11:56:48 8 5000 0.688 12:26:57 8 0.812 - 0.875 25x25 11:53:40 8 3000 0.688 12:18:12 8 0.750 - 0.875 25x25 11:53:06 8 0.656 - 0.687 25x25 12:18:03 8 5000 0.844 11:52:30 8 0.656 - 0.718 25x25 12:17:14 8 0.718 - 0.875 25x25 11:10:55 8 4000 0.750 12:17:08 8 0.687 - 0.875 25x25 10:54:55 8 400 0.656 12:16:02 8 2000 0.844 9:36:52 8 5000 0.750 12:13:06 8 2500 0.781 ** end of data ** 12:12:07 8 2000 0.844 tol 6/29/98 5:44 PM TD20:266 Current News Database cn: prev: 33655 =============================================================================== (COMTEX) B: MSU CORP. COMMENCES SHIPPING NEW VERSION OF INTERNET ACCE B: MSU CORP. COMMENCES SHIPPING NEW VERSION OF INTERNET ACCESS DEVICE CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES, U.K., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MSU Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MUCP) today said, following completion of its recent $5 million licensing arrangement, the company has commenced shipping to customers an updated version of its proprietary Internet Access Device. The product, which allows a user to access the Internet on a television without the use of a computer, features several user-friendly functions not found in earlier versions, including improved and simplified operation for Internet browsing and e-mailing, and enhanced picture quality. The device can also be used with any TV system anywhere in the world and can be factory programmed to the specifications of any ISP (Internet Service Provider), or left open for the customer's own choice of ISP. Wyn Holloway, Chairman, said he believed the new product could continue to produce "significant revenues" for MSU in the near future. "To date, there are comparatively few Internet Access systems which offer a combination of user-friendly operation and programming to the specifications of any ISP," said Mr. Holloway. "We therefore anticipate that these features, in addition to the growing market demand for Internet Access devices, will result in strong demand for our product going forward." Mr. Holloway said MSU is currently seeking licensing agreements with various parties worldwide, with an emphasis on Far Eastern markets. According to industry sources, the worldwide Internet access device market (excluding personal computers) will grow from its current 1 million units in 1998 to as many as 33 million units by 2002. MSU Corporation designs and develops computer chips used in consumer electronic products that access the Internet without the use of a computer, as well as new products for the CD video and audio markets. The company is based in the U.K. and is currently seeking further marketing, licensing and own-brand partners around the world. MSU's manufacturing partner, Mitac, had 1997 revenues of over $5 billion and is one of Taiwan's largest makers of PCs and peripherals.
