Brad M, That is EXACTLY the problem GLOW had with Tofflerone. The deal was signed and then Tofflerone failed to "provide adequate documentation" as GLOW stated in the April 1 press release. Tofflerone transferred ECS to Rothchild, so GLOW then had to re-work the deal with Rothchild. If you bought a car and the dealer refused to give you the title, what would have? Think about it. Tofflerone has been one problem after another. And Gary Borglund is fed up with them. But at least now he is dealing with Rothchild instead of Tofflerone on ECS. I am delighted they are telling Tofflerone to "take a hike." Best wishes, Brad
