Bender, Why would people be PMing somebody as useless as You to ask Gary a question when they can ask the question themselves. What You just said basically is You have a flock of sheep. James if you are going to dig up facts regarding MIDL and it's problems with ARCON and/or it's officers that's one thing but come on SOR= SHARE HOLDER OF RECORD Gary,I WOULD GUESS IS: just as pleased as the rest of us that MIDL/MARK ARE REALLY FOLLOWING THOUGH AND GOING AFTER THE ALLEGED CULPRITS. It's been posted at a least a dozen times that Nasdaq sets the ex-date, and if one does not own the shares on the ex-date than they do NOT I repeat do NOT get the dividend, even if they were SOR on 5-29-98. The ex-date could/should be 5-29-98, but it may not be. If one hasn't sold then they are 100% guaranteed to get the dividend. We've been thru this before. Also there could be be aditional 10% dividend on the MIDLP shortly. Kurt
