I didn't ask you what CCSI claimed they were going to do, but asked why you suppose they haven't been able to do it but another company has, despite that competition's handicap. I can find those claims of "late stage" negotiations at least as far back as January of this year. At some point in time, you have to acknowledge that you're being led down the primrose path. Barb
