With a 1 for 70 reverse, there will only be a little more than 500,000 shares outstanding(if the 37 million prior # was correct). But they will still have an authorization level of 50 million.

Dilution to follow. The old RS game, the bane of the Bulletin Boards.
And of course, no prior notification to the shareholders.
