I think JNJ would truly love to have AVEI. I do not think AVEI is for sale. They have announced that they are looking at 10 to 12 acquisition possibilities of their own. Never once has anyone heard from AVE management that the company is for sale. They are eating JNJ's market share for lunch. They are building for growth in their own home town. At this point in time I would think that if JNJ was to attempt to acquire AVE it would be a hostile takeover attempt. That's not likely at all. Regards, Jeff
