gary- good point- QP has a tech support department. IMO this thread is for how users can help each other use the s/w. Problems can best be figured out by QP Tech support. We are not knowledgeable about how to fix s/w hardware problems and may cause even more problems for users. i recommend we refer h/w etc. problems to tech support. g

For your information, I sent an email 2 days ago to your support group asking about the following problem I'm having, and still haven't received a response: Mon, 29 Jun 1998 18:22:17 -0500 From: Jan Robert Wolansky <jrwolansky@MCI2000.com> To: support@quotes-plus.com Since using the new quotes plus 2 program, everytime that I output a ticker or a list of tickers to Metastock (manual method, not virtual), it shows up in Metastock with volume in 100's not 1's, despite having the settings say volume in 1's. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I have had to uninstall virtual--it freezes my system. I have a Norton antivirus product. Are you working on this issue, which is impacting many of us?
