CIMA, I agree that if they could manage a settlement which specifically allows for a positive view of the quality and accuracy of the GE report, we will have a very nice bump in the price. However, my concern is that a settlement says that GE MUST do third party before making any other claims and in effect preempts the release of the report they have in hand.
