Quick opinion which requires more research! In my opinion, TTG and Davis do not need EDII's land for access to the Eagle Bay Field. They have already drilled 3 wells and are producing and shipping condensate and gas from this field. This is in Galveston Bay, and as others have noted, all you need is a boat and a pipeline. These PR's did reference two other areas where TTG and Davis were actively drilling near Galveston Bay on land. One being at Austin Bayou, adjacent to Galveston Bay per the 3/31 PR. Just a guess, but it seems much more likely that EDII's land is adjacent to one of these fields. Perhaps someone could call EDII and check the name of the field. I will try late tomorrow or Wed. if nobody else has that info by then. Sincerely, Tom
