Probably a little of both. The company insists that they did not renegotiate a contract with a high volume surgeon that would affect gross margins, so that seems to be incorrect. The analyst also was way ahead of the other street estimates and brought his current year numbers in line with the street consensus. Next year number is lower than the street, but that would reflect his belief that margins can not be held at this level. The company disagrees. Based on my conversations with management and the conference call a few days ago, there doesn't seem to be any change from where things were going recently. I'm a buyer today.
