Yeah, I knew what he meant, too. But it's like diplomacy; when you state some things, they just always come out sounding negative. (You won't hear the UN nerve gas hunter, Butler, stating that "we haven't found out where the Iraqis are hiding the bazillion gallons we know they have." He says instead "We continue to encourage the Iraqis to comply with UN resolutions." He's answering the same question, but in one case fear and aggression, and negativity are communicated, in the other steadfastness of purpose and fairness.) The cure? You polish your language skills, do a little zaZen, and look straight into the camera. M.
