Harry, <<REAL bad news fundamentally, right??>> Wrong. 70/1 suggests that there are many more shares of PKGP out there than management told us. Maybe 70+MM? That would have a share count somewhere near 1MM, small unless management expects more dilution now for whatever. We need more details, period.

What you say MAY be true..only the next couple of days will tell for sure. That being said I am still very p*ssed off the way this organization has handled a number of things..starting with not getting our information for the stockholders meeting out until the day of the damn thing. That coupled with a 70 for 1 reverse stock split has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth and turned what looked like a nice victory into a disaster. I'm just glad I only accumulated 15k shares at a very nominal price...it may be one of the cheapest lessons I learn.
