Do you believe that this is in-line with estimates, above or below?

Dr, Frank, Thread,

"...the world leader in secure payment technologies and services, announced today that revenues for the second quarter ending June 30, 1998, are expected to range between $2.2 million and $2.5 million. Revenues for the first quarter 1998 totaled $1.1 million. Revenues for the second quarter 1997 were approximately $812,000. CyberCash will report actual second quarter results on July 27, 1998. "

I assume the $2.2 to $2.5 million includes ICIverify, while the $1.1 in Q1 certainly does not.

Would anybody know, does that $2.2 to $2.5 show growth or decline from the combined CYCH/ICIVerify Q1 revenues?

Regards,
Lee

Read between the lines:

1) what is the impact of ICVerify revenues!?
2) cutting costs for staff!? - lean management is not what a
growing Co. is practicing. Usually those Co. have problems
to hire staff, not getting rid of them!

Remember the high monthly cash burn of CYCH! Now it will get
very difficult for them to raise money on the stock market.
Looks like a take-over-candidate for me, now. But I have
doubts, that the private stockholder will make a good cut!

I'm glad I sold all positions at 17.

Peter.
