AFTER THE BELL-AOL falls on news of trade...is this such a big deal?

NEW YORK, June 29 (Reuters) - Shares of America Online fell 1-3/8 in after-hours trade after the world's largest online service said it would offer around
$500 million of its common stock in a block trade.

The Dulles, Va. company's stock traded at 103-1/2 after the bell, down 1-3/8 on from an unofficial close of 104-7/8 on the Nasdaq exchange.

America Online, a bellwether for Internet stocks, did not give a reason for the block trade. The company currently has 216.2 million shares outstanding.

The company said the shares for the block trade would come from its universal shelf registration that was filed June 16.

The New York Stock Exchange said session one trading was 781,200 compared with 918,100 shares during Friday's session one. Session two volume was
19.86 million, compared with 1.78 million during the previous session.

assuming AOL falls down, it will be my exit signal if 9 day ema is broken.

as of today's data, i would be still in a buy signal. news cannot skew the technicals, but today's price action would be "warning". ie: mkt was rallying, but AOL down.

im also watching SUNW. i fear something is wrong.
