I'm going to post this once and only once. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!

1) The financials do not show a bottom line.
2) The deal with SkyNet is dead.
3) The financing was based on the SkyNet deal. No deal, no money.
4) 70:1 R/S - A kiss of death
5) Stock drops off on what was to be a good day
6) SkyNet CEO doesn't know of the deal.
7) ICC dumps coverage
8) RA is nowhere to be found
9) Shorts have been covered
10) END OF STORY
