Having taught High School I can assure you all that statutory rape is not rape. Rape is not when both people are consenting. Waking up sorry the next day is too bad.

Say more about why a threat is violent when the person doesnt do anything.
Criminal doesnt interest me. Criminal just means its a crime and we have way too many laws. Unless you mean criminal in some non legal way.

This is clearly an absurd attempt to make us feel stupid...that there is some clear correlation between the things he espouses at the end and the Libertarian movement. Clearly, rape is a violent crime, and statutory rape is more so (since children are unable to defend themselves to any significant degree). Child molestation is also a clear infringement of people's rights.
On the other hand, sexual and religious discrimination should be allowed, since that is a personal opinion. Equally, suicide is a personal decision that Kevorkian has really managed to bring to the forefront of society.
