I believe in the freedom to not use capital letters at the beginning of sentences, but unless you are e.e. cummings, it diminishes the power of written language.

I suggest that you take a look at a country like the Netherlands, where some limited drug legalization has taken place. Crime, compared to the US, is nominal with respect to drugs.
