I don't see how a private placement will succeed after investors read this 10k.

Javelyn: Agreed. There's light at the end of the tunnel, and having done a direct comparison between this most recent 10K, and one from 1 year ago, it's clear some "cutting and pasting" were going on. However, One thing's certain...we all know, this is a speculative issue. And as such it has been subject to all the
usual rumors, both positive and negative. The bottom line is this. The released 10K provides volumes of data, some of it new, against which to ask pointed questions during today's call. I suggest EVERYONE interested attend this call and try to get through to ask the obvious questions. Clearly both sides of the VLNC issue have important points. L.D.'s Feb. '98 c.c. stated some thing's that are now being contradicted by this 10K(and if there's one thing I hate it's a contradiction). Today's the day to pin him down folks. After today he'll be awfully hard to reach, me thinks.

By the way, the knee jerk reaction is now kicking in, clearly folks have place market sell orders, which is ALWAYS a bad move. Currently trading $4 3/4 x $4 7/8 but I can't see the volume...... Today's gonna be interesting, that's for sure.

Regards!

John~
