I just got off the phone with Harvey, Harry. Like I said, he usually gets back to me right away.

Harvey said that he had an important call and he would call me right back. Unfortunatly I'm going out and will miss his call. I'll call Harvey back tomorrow.

During my brief conversation with Harvey, he told me that nothing negative is coming out, on the contrary....things are going well.

I still have some questions and will post tomorrow when I learn the answers.

Sergio

Harry,
I e-mailed Harvey twice recently and he replied the next day, each time. I've been critical of Focus Partners in the past but have come to the conclusion that although this company appears to have everything in it's favor, no one wants to own it. I'm sure that it will come around but I've changed my opinion as to the timetable. It seems that no matter how good the news appears, the stock price goes down. I asked Harvey about a possible dividend but he replied that the company wants to use the profits to grow instead of rewarding shareholders in the short term. I would imagine that ATPX will return to it's former levels someday, I can't imagine it going much lower without imploding. Good luck, everyone is frustrated. JR
