As far as AOL is concerned:

-Insiders have sold at a comfortably high price
-They have offered 1B$ in debt without a dent in stock price
-Now there is this little 500M$ stock offering which will probably go dentless
Encouraged by the buyer's response and to exploit the market while the going is hot, what will AOL do with their stock next?
As far as I think, they will probably buy some company in a stock swap; what better way to get the best from the over-valued stock while it is high and strike while the iron is hot?
