Hi Bill!
With the volume at 6,500 shares so far today, a slide from around a million when it was on its way down, and the stock stuck at 11 1/4 for several days, and with Shlomi Cohen's comments, which I posted, plus his doubling of his investment in voclf, what's your guess?
