Summary of the CL King Report.....

For casual surfers that may not have seen this, CL King and Associates published an institutional report with a "Strong Buy" recommendation. The following summarizes the reasons for their recommendation:

* Titan should be able to increase earnings exponentially over the next six to seven years

* Aside from complete bikes, additional profitable opportunities have been identified that could have a significant positive impact on projected earnings (these are not currently captured in the business model)

* Management is experienced both in the industry, and at bringing early businesses to the "next level"

* The company is already near cash flow breakeven on an operating basis, and is likely to remain and improve in this status.

* Management owns 60 plus percent of stock, and has indicated that they have no intention of selling any material percentage in the near future.

* Titan has expressed their filing for National Market (NASDAQ) System, and hopes to be there within months.

The report goes into details on the company, market, management, product, etc, and concludes, "...Titan shares appear to represent an excellent opportunity to take an equity stake in a well organized and well positioned consolidator in the premium motorcycle after market."

The report is a great place to start your DD!

Kurt

They have a concept bike (doesn't work) and they were showing half of their V8 engine. I think only Norton's top end bike will be powered with the V8, the rest will have half of that engine and be V4 powered. They are trying to stay with the roots of Norton by producing higher powered, more advanced bikes than the status quo. I'll see if I can get the dates they have set for production for you. The V8 bike won't weigh that much if Norton can pull of a magnesium frame filled with other tasty parts. I have my doubts about any non-Japanese manufacturer producing a bike that will go over 170 mph, but with the limited amount of things I've read about Titan may change that opinion, if Titan broadens their focus a little more. The fact that Titan is putting out big V-Twins with power and fat sticky tires should make almost anybody's head turn!

Cheers,

Kent
