Hi Rose,

Rig counts for land drillers are down another 11 this week with 7 of those being in Texas. Offshore rigs are down from 94 % utilization to 92 %. The next few weeks will determine if the OPEC members and others are complying with their promised cuts in production. If this happens there should be some minor upward movement; if not we will see big headlines about cheating and oil and the service stocks will head south again. Hang in there. Jim.
