No it is Location- Location and LOCATION ( and now it is deeded beach rights-Anyone?) Now, to get down to the subject- we all know that the Eagletail Mountains is a hot area with lots of folks( claims of others) nearby and all the good land claimed so with the Plain Influence that Basins and Bends in Rivers foretell...Why, I ask, why do not all companies measure the surrounding source rock. Here is a most forthright baffling SEC / Edgar type filing from IPM last year; why don't all the dirts measure the sourse rock outcrops, I think it is causal relationship to the ultimate goodie ratios and that can give some degree of consistancy to to all investors- allbeit a false sense of security in hindsight:

SOURCE ROCK. That is why I like the Mr Twifford report. Would like a new SFA guarranteed update on the goodies and the WATER in the Oro Grande.
<<.. Coyote Peak, a 12000 year old cinder cone, could've been the possible
source of geothermal ground water, which altered the ore minerals.

This is very important data, in that, it is independent and verifies Au and Pt at BR. In
addition it supports the possibility of a hydrothermal event(s) that mobilized Au and
PGEs, from a source at depth, to the surface. It also provides support for the hypothesis
that the complex mineration of the alluvial material, occured AFTER it was eroded from
a hard rock source...>> Yes, I know this is the GPGI thread- there is now geothermal action on direct action of Hassey Ore Pile composition, surface alluvial only-i suspect but the stuff traveled.
