Matty, that very well could be true, but regardless, there has to be a way to solve this mystery and find out the who(s),how(s), when(s), why(s),and if(s).

PS: can you take a second and explain in simple terms, how an exact copy of a document, including signature, notary seal,or whatever. Can be electonically transferred,I would guess, using PDF reader,Acrobat or MS Word etc. I'm sure someone knows how to alter something like this,I sure as hell don't,but that's besides the point.

FYI: DLJ has pretty good executions, and one can place a buy order without having cash in the account as long as a check is sent that day so it arrives within T+3 days (settlement date). Can also get account set up the same day (within 24 hrs) when applying on-line. In short with the whole week/two weeks I've been with them, I'm pleased.

E-Trade I can fill out a webpage that will transfer money from my checking account to my E-Trade account (and shows up within 2 business days). Disadvantage to E-Trade is that one must have cash in account before buying. Advantage is I don't have to go thru the effort of writing a check, addressing an envelop, and going to the mailbox.

Commissions are similar. $20 for DLJ vs. $19.95 for E-Trade.

Haven't transfered my RMIL shares yet.....As that will require filling/mailing another form.

Kurt

Matty: That's silly, it's only a phone call.
One thing I have found, is that if a person does all that is asked of him/her for a cause, then no one can criticize them if at some point, they demand action.
And like I say, it's just a phone call, they are not requesting you to give blood (shudder) or anything.
Besides, it will keep you out of trouble.
