Roger,

I certainly share your frustration with the lack of information from management on a whole host of issues. However, technically we are still not in the second half of 1998. (Small consolation, I realize.) On the other hand, this management/sales team has not had any better success in ramping sales than the last team, at least not yet.

As far as selling the company, if they can't sell enough product to attain profitability, I agree with you. The only thing I would caution is not to sell too soon. Fibre Channel is growing, and the longer Ancor waits, within reason, the better the price should be. (They obviously can't wait until they run out of money, but perhaps waiting another quarter would add a dollar or two to the price.)

Craig
