You may be right about that case. I apologize for being so sketchy on the facts.

I was recently on jury duty and consulted my FIJA friend about jury nullification. He warned me to be very careful during voire dire (sp?) if asked if I knew anything about FIJA. He cited the case in question to me and I didn't remember that she lied to get on the jury.
