Great post. KMT is a private investor like most of us simply taking time out of his busy life to help all of us...and for this he gets a bunch of crap from posters here??? Threatening him, saying he is related to someone with the company????? KMT's decision not to post here anymore is a wise one. For those of you upset with KMT, please thank people like Ancil who brought this upon you. Now we will no longer have KMT's wisdom and insight to help us with our investment decisions. Thanks Ancil and others....... As to MDIN, we have to carry the game to them. We have to put the ball in their court (so to speak), and if they dont want to uphold their duties to us shareholders, we will have to take them to a different court. Rest assured that certain of us here will not stop until we get answers to our questions, or justice. If I have to get on a powered hangglider and fly to Chile from Indy, I may do so :-). In all seriousness, does anyone live close to Lake Elsinore, CA?? or is anyone going to be out that way??? Sure would love a face to face with management. If no one is close or is going to be out there, I may just have to take a little trip. Les and the boys dont want to see a big ole midwestern grain fed hometown boy on their doorstep. Too bad I just lost some frequent flyer miles, or Id do it in a heartbeat. Im with ya Shake, either we will be at .05 and the coonass coalition will have Les and the boys on the run, both factually and figurtively, or we will be at $5, and we will be singing the praises of Les and the boys. What will it be MDIN boys......the decision is yours...put up, or shut up. GG PS todays TA count remains at 53,800,334. Im on a first name basis with the TA. Told them Id be calling everyday to check on MDIN.

I agree. What I am saying is that if KMT is going to take a break for 2 weeks the management must have told him no news for two weeks. It's the managements responsibility to get the news out and in NEWS RELEASE form not conversations with individual investors to leak it out ,that may or may not be true. LET'S HAVE A PUBLIC NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THEY HAVE TO HANG THERE HATS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I would agree with that, no need to show disrespect to KMT, he has been helpful, so who has a name and a number of where I can call to talk to someone with this company that can give me some answers?....KMT is very content with is shares, but I'm not, and I am not calling this moron John the PR guy anymore, could someone send me a name and number of someone at the company that could give me a stockholder a straight answer...
