This follows the abrupt resignation of its CEO Thomas Burke after only one month and the announcement that the company was seeking sources for $5 million in capital to bring its products to the market. Frank Alioto, former COO of Alamar Electronics, was named to succeed Burke. The Santa Clara, Calif. company is talking with several buyers about acquiring the project's intellectual property rights.
