HENRY, give it up! You are in the vast minority...you are entitled to your own views, but don't ask us to feel sorry for people who short stocks....PLEASE!

IF you feel my previous post does not do you justice...hec, contact the SEC or NASD and file a complaint....

I am for injustice wherever it occurs so go to it man!

Henry, with respect to the dreaded market makers - Would they not be extremely nervous taking a position either way, long or short, in some of these heavily-promoted internet-hyped bulletin board stocks? Would they not try to balance out their trading to neutral, and make it on the spread, which looks quite ample - often around ten per cent or more?

While that looks like a rhetorical question, it's actually an honest one.
I've played a little on Nasdaq in the past, but never on the US BBs, and the majority of my current knowledge comes second-hand from cOUSIN SHORTY #Subject-20947

I do play a little on the Canadian OTC, not that I understand it well. In fact, right now I hold a few HTRN, a firm that makes life-sized real-action dinosaurs. But don't tell Tastes that, eh.

Seriously, I'd like to hear your take on how MMs would view some of this stuff.
