Announce Strategic Alliance for Internet Services HOUSTON, June 30/ PRNewswire/ -- A strategic alliance has been formed between JVWeb,Inc., Houston, Texas (OTC Bulletin Board: JVWB - news and JVWBW - news) and Heitmann S.A.C. (http://www.sac.co.uk) based in U.K., Europe. Heitmann S.A.C. would provide web development and other Internet related technical services on behalf of JVWeb and JVWeb will market these technical capabilities on a fee for service basis in the United States. This new strategic partnership is an outgrowth of the relationship between the two companies that has been solidified over time with the assistance provided by Heitmann in the creation of JVWeb's showcase websites,http://www.jvweb.com and dadandme.com. These projects proved the ability of the two companies to use Internet tools to complete web projects across international boundaries. JVWeb and Heitmann have not entered into a legally binding agreement with regard to this relationship, but they intend to explore, through their strategic alliance, the basis for entering into a legally binding agreement in the future.
