I have been searching all over the web and have not found anything reguarding the split. Only news from the past.

For those of you interested.... This has ben confirmed by an investor friend of mine and was found on Yahoo. Altomare's car phone number and he answered today is 516-721-0261. As for Doug Bean you think I give a rat's ass about your opinion of me after the flack I took this weekend. Have a good life. Since I came to this board you have been PKGP's biggest supporter so I know you have done your homework and I do respect your opinion.
